Ok so I just moved in and I drive a full size truck. This place gives you 1 spot and a garage when you move in. Well luck has it I got a garage I belive was built for a car. I hated that garage and I had to pull 40 point turns to get in. Long story longer that was last Friday and couldn't get to the office on Saturday. Monday rolls around after work I go to the office and the manager Tania is there and she listens to my situation and without me even asking she says I can give you this number if you go see if it works for your vehicle. Very professional.

This is a AMAZING place to live in all the residents are nice and so are the maintenance and the mangers.Love that they allow dogs some dogs bark once in awhile but it's rare all the kids are nice and the balconys twords the upper aptments are pretty big and and it's close to the freeway but you don't hear anything and if you like peace and quiet move to the upper aptments and if you don't care move by the park the rooms are pretty big and so are some of the bathrooms I've been living here for about eight years and nothing inappropriate has gone on the garages are pretty big by the upper aptments and there's a basketball court alot of field there is also a park the pool is always clean they also updated the tanning chairs and they got tables by the pool the plants are alive some dogs are friendly remember always ask if you can pet them and also sometimes there is candy in the office for the kids some kids get them after their walk home from school and I forgot to mention that you have ten strikes because if you like for example cross one of the gates and someone see's you do that and report it to the office you lose a strike and pretty much these eight years have been so good You also pay around (including trash,air conditioning,water,and other necessities) $1965 I would you consider moving here

An amazing place to live, secretly tucked away from all the hustle bustle, nice plush grounds, nicely kept, and my apartment on the top floor has amazing large vaulted ceilings! Really love it!

We have lived here for about 3 months now. The staff has been relatively prompt with fixing things and I love the open floor plans. Yes there are a lot of children but it makes me happy seeing them play they are not rude or disrespectful even to my dog. The vast majority is Hispanic who are very nice and fun. I think we picked a winner moving here. I love the lighting at night I feel very safe.
