I’ve had tremendous support from Alma. She made the whole process of viewing, applying, and little questions and requests after moving in so easy. She was there for us every step of the way. It has been just over a month after moving in and it is no different with her. Thank you Alma for your warmth and kindness and for being there!!

This community is belonging I feel the need to say that the support I received with all my questions concerns regarding tenant inquiries always exceptional. I would like to think Laura for always being available whether that be on a call or email. I would also like to thank Alma for being supportive to my questions it is a beloved community thanks to them.

I recently moved to Elan Northwoods, Laura & Alma went above & beyond to make my experience moving in easy and stress free. The trees and grounds are beautiful well kept, Carlos the maintenance is always prompt in making repairs. I love my new home.

Ok so I just moved in and I drive a full size truck. This place gives you 1 spot and a garage when you move in. Well luck has it I got a garage I belive was built for a car. I hated that garage and I had to pull 40 point turns to get in. Long story longer that was last Friday and couldn't get to the office on Saturday. Monday rolls around after work I go to the office and the manager Tania is there and she listens to my situation and without me even asking she says I can give you this number if you go see if it works for your vehicle. Very professional.

I've been living here for the past 3yrs never had an issue management is friendly any time I need something fixed get done on a properly time. Love that there is GARAGE units. Also pet friendly 😊
